ABOUT US
Restaurant “Salu Grill & Wine” was created in the heart of Costa Del Sol, in the picturesque Andalusian White Village of Benalmádena Pueblo, by a sommelier and a cuisine chef.
We use the gifts of the Andalusian land in our kitchen: seasonal, farm-fresh products, meat from Valle de los Pedroches, exquisite olive oil from the Loxa cooperative in Granada. In our cellar we have wines from the Malaga region including the famous sherries from Jerez and Montilla-Moriles.
The menu crafted by the chef is based on culinary classics from Spain and the Mediterranean.

In our restaurant, you will find wines from different regions of Spain,
as well as wines from Italy, France, Austria, New Zealand, and more.
Strong drinks, fortified wines, vermouths, cocktails are also available






INTERIOR
Step into Salu Grill & Wine, and you are immediately embraced by the spirit of Andalusia. Our interior is a direct reflection of our stunning location in Benalmádena Pueblo, one of the most picturesque “White Villages” on the Costa del Sol. We designed the space to be a natural extension of the village’s timeless charm.
The atmosphere blends rustic warmth with simple, Mediterranean elegance. You’ll find characteristic whitewashed walls set against the rich tones of natural wood and traditional terracotta. These classic elements create a cozy, authentic, and intimate setting. Bright accents of blue and earthy tones echo the nearby sea and the Andalusian land, reminding you of where our fresh ingredients are sourced.
Born from the vision of a chef and a sommelier, wine is at the very heart of Salu. This passion is woven directly into our design, with our carefully selected cellar showcased as a proud feature of the restaurant.
